Hidyat Finance, operating under the traditional and locally trusted model of Eqube (community savings and credit), is the financial wing of Hidyat General Trading PLC. Established to empower communities with access to trust-based, low-barrier financial services, Hidyat Finance plays a vital role in enabling micro-investment, business startup support, and emergency lending especially for youth, women, and informal workers.
Though currently operating as a local Eqube model, this division has a bold long-term vision: to become the most trusted, technology-enabled financial service platform in Northern Ethiopia serving as both a social safety net and a growth catalyst for individuals and enterprises.
